Our Story
Everything is becoming noise. Clothes made faster, cheaper, and emptier. Connection replaced by consumption. The bottom line dictating every decision, no matter the cost to people or planet.
We wanted out.
And more than that, we wanted to build something better. Something real.
Ripple began as our response to that disconnection. As two friends coming from private equity and software engineering, we’d seen firsthand how most industries work. How people and quality are often the first things to go when growth becomes the only goal. Especially in fashion.
But we’ve always been surfers at heart. Ocean people. We care about community, craft, and moving through life with awareness. So we set out to create clothing that honors those values. Not just something to wear, but something to stand for.
From the start, we took the slow route. Sourcing the highest quality, sustainable materials we could find. Building a supply chain with real transparency and respect. Iterating endlessly on our blanks and designs for an entire year until our product felt honest. Felt alive.
We didn’t want fast fashion. We wanted pieces with soul that stood as extensions of what we cared about.
That mindset led us to start upcycling reclaimed wetsuits. Turning ocean-worn materials into something new and giving them a second life that still honors their origin. Each brand defining piece carries its own story and connection to the culture that shaped it.
Ripple isn’t here to sell you on trends. We’re here to create a ripple effect. Small, meaningful choices that move outward. Supporting artists. Investing in community and well being. Reconnecting people with what really matters.
This is slow fashion with purpose. Clothing made with care. A brand you can be proud to wear.
This is Ripple.
